Library fees & charges
Rates for borrowing (and renewing) publications and purchasing copy cards have gone up. From August 1 2011 the following rates will apply:
Borrowing / renewing
The lending fee is € 0,60 per volume for four weeks. Extending the loan for a following period is also € 0,60.
Returning books overdue
For returning books late we charge € 0,25 per title per day.
Reserving
If a title you need is out on loan, you can make a reservation at € 0,50 per title. You will be notified upon return and the title will be on hold for one week.
Copying and printing
Copy cards are available from the library service desk at € 2,50 per card. You can make 20 copies or prints on A4 format or 10 on A3 format.
USB stick
A USB-stick with the logo of the Boekman Foudation is for sale for € 5,00.
By post
Copies or prints are sent on request at € 1,00 per page with a minimum charge of € 5,00 plus postage.
For loans we charge the lending fee plus postage and administration. Books are sent abroad (within Europe only) by registered mail and should be returned likewise.
Loss or damage
We charge full replacement costs with a minimum of € 20,00, excl. administration. When necessary we make use of a debt-collector.
Administration costs
For requests involving invoices we charge € 3,50 administration costs.
