Arts Index Netherlands

The Arts Index Netherlands was first launched in 2013. In this index, the Boekman Foundation and the Netherlands Institute for Social Research bring together over 80 figures on the arts and culture in the Netherlands in 2005-2011. This first edition of the index testifies of a cultural sector in transition. This text provides a translated introduction on the Arts Index Netherlands 2005-2011, that first appeared in Dutch, in Boekman #97 ‘De Staat van Cultuur’
